Heptral 400 protects the liver cells from toxins and helps the liver to perform its normal functions.

Each tablet of Heptral 400 contains Ademetionine or S-adenosyl-L-methionine 400 mg.
S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe) is a derivative of the amino acid methionine and is a naturally-occurring substance distributed throughout the human body. It is present in all living cells and takes part in many biochemical reactions in the body and it is important for a large number of metabolic pathways in the body. Ademetionine is not easily available from typical dietary sources.

DOSAGE:

Take 1 or 2 tablets per day or as directed by the healthcare professional. Benefits are most likely evident after 7-14 days and are maintained with continued use. Do not exceed maximum daily dose of 4 tablets.
Heptral should be swallowed whole and not chewed.
For better absorption of the active ingredient and complete therapeutic effect, Heptral should not be taken with meals.

Heptral is not recommended for use in children.
